Three days of sleeping in a car seat and chasing light in the crazy landscape that is Milford Sound. Read into my experience of what is commonly known as the 8th natural wonder of the world. Towering mountain walls and clear night sky hundreds of kilometers away from the nearest gas station.

Making use of the time in one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. Honestly the craziest day of my 3 months in New Zealand, everything I mention here all happened within 24 hours. 

My first time in alpine environment, walking the Tongariro Alpine Crossing in New Zealand and climbing the summit of Mt. Nguruahoe, better known as Mt. Doom. Despite the season I did well with wearing clothing suited for subzero temperatures, and despite visibility of less than 5 metres at times, no doubt this was one of the craziest experiences of my 3 months in New Zealand.
